For a 20L jar order, if you have empty jars, please mention the corresponding number beside
Have empty Bisleri jars with cap? If yes, select the quantity below.
Website users may click on Checkout to go to the payment page. Mobile app users
may click on the Proceed icon.
Add the delivery address with pincode.
Make the payment and receive the order confirmation.
2. How to start a new subscription?
Log in to your account on www.bisleri.com
or the Bisleri@Doorstep application.
Click on Shop products and go to All Products.
Select the product of your choice and click on Add to cart (Kindly read delivery instructions
before clicking on Add to cart). Mobile application users need to click on the Subscribe
button.
Select the Subscription Type (Daily, Weekly or Custom), Subscription Duration (1 Month, 3
Months, 6 Months or 1 Year) and select the days of delivery & payment frequency as per your
requirement.
Add to Cart for the website and click on the Cart icon for the mobile app.
For a 20L jar subscription, if you have empty jars, please mention the corresponding number
beside Have empty Bisleri jars with cap? If yes, select the quantity below.
Check the pricing details & split, then click on Checkout. Mobile app users may click on Proceed
and then click on Continue to go to the Payment Page.
Make the payment and receive the order confirmation.
Please note: Delivery will commence depending on the selected day of delivery whilst placing the
subscription. Same-day delivery isn’t possible; hence, for a quicker delivery, please select the
next working day.
It is suggested to review your water consumption pattern and select a delivery frequency that
suits you. You can also hold your subscription temporarily, if needed.
3. How to Hold your Subscription?
Log in to your account on www.bisleri.com
or the Bisleri@Doorstep application.
Click on Account Settings on the website. Mobile app users may click on the Subscription icon.
Click on My subscriptions. Mobile app users may view the same under the Subscription icon.
Mobile users may click on Hold Deliveries.
Select the duration during which you want to hold your deliveries. Click on Confirm to complete
the request.
Your subscription will be paused for the selected date range.
4. How to Activate/Resume your paused subscription?
Log in to your account on www.bisleri.com
or the Bisleri@Doorstep application.
Click on Account Settings. Mobile app users may click on the Subscription icon.
Click on My subscriptions. Mobile app users may go to View Detail.
Under Hold Subscription, click on the Resume Subscription. Mobile app users may go to
Subscription Details.
Click on Yes, Activate. Mobile application users need to click on Activate Subscription.
Your subscription will be resumed/activated.
Please note: The subscription must be activated at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery
day. Once activated, delivery will be done according to the scheduled day and frequency.
Customers are required to choose their preferred delivery date to ensure timely
delivery.
5. How to raise a request for an empty jar Pick up/ Return?
Log in to your account on www.bisleri.com
or the Bisleri@Doorstep application.
Click on the Profile icon.
Click on Return Jar to raise the request. Mobile app users need to click on Return Empty Jar to
raise the request.
Mention the number of jars to be picked up.
Mention your current address along with a landmark.
Click on Submit.
Please note: The empty jar pick-up service is available only for 20L jars purchased through the
Bisleri website or app by paying an online security deposit after July 2021. If you
have
purchased it from a store / retailer / DB, we request you to return the empty jars to the
respective seller. Once a request is raised, the empty jar pick up will be done within 10
working days. The refund amount will be credited to the Bisleri wallet and can be transferred to
your source account.
6. How to activate your account?
Please call our Toll-Free Number 18001211007 or write to us at wecare@bisleri.co.in to request account reactivation. Our
customer care is available from 8 AM to 8 PM, except on Sundays and public holidays.
7. Payment Flow/Process:
Customer may use Bisleri Wallet to initiate payments for placing an order with Bisleri.
Customer may use the available payment gateways to add money to their Bisleri Wallet.
Any amount equivalent to the order amount or greater may be added to the Bisleri Wallet.
Customer may withdraw their wallet balance to their source account.
