www.bisleri.com, or the Bisleri mobile application (collectively,
“Bisleri Platform”) made available by Bisleri International Private Limited
(“Bisleri”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”), a Private Company established under the laws of India having its registered office at 5th Floor, CTS No. 525/1A1/A at Chakala Division, Western Express Highway, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 099.
The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Bisleri Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by Bisleri whether on the Bisleri Platform or otherwise.
Please read this Policy before using the Bisleri Platform or submitting any personal information to Bisleri. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the Terms of Use.
YOUR CONSENT
By using the Bisleri Platform and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or access the Bisleri Platform.
POLICY CHANGES
We may occasionally update this Policy and the updated Policy will be posted on this page. If we make any significant changes to this Policy we will endeavour to intimate you of such changes, such as via prominent notice on the Bisleri Platform or to your email address on record and where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. To the extent permitted under the applicable law, your continued use of our Services following the changes to this Policy will constitute your consent and acceptance to the updated Policy.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Bisleri Platform may contain links to other websites and similar other features. Your use of such websites and/or features may result in the collection, processing or sharing of information about you, depending on the website/feature. Any personal information about you collected whilst visiting such websites/feature is not governed by this Policy, unless specifically mentioned otherwise. Bisleri shall not be responsible for and has no control over the practices and content of any website/feature accessed using such links contained on the Bisleri Platform. This Policy shall not apply to any information you may disclose to any of our service providers/service personnel which we do not require you to disclose to us or any of our service providers under this Policy. We strongly encourage you to read such third parties’ privacy policies. The Bisleri Platform may integrate with Google Play services and Google APIs. The use of information obtained through Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including limited use requirements.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
- Your Device Information: In order to improve your app experience and lend stability to our services to you, we may collect information or employ third party plugins that collect information about the devices you use to access our Services, including the hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion information, mobile network information, installed applications on device and phone state. The information collected thus will be disclosed to or collected directly by these plugins and may be used to improve the content and/or functionality of the services offered to you. Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs to track your usage of the Bisleri Platform.
- Your Account Information: Your full name, email address, address, postal code, password and other information about the location of your device, gender, mobile phone number etc. as permitted by you. Precise location information and how to opt out is described in detail. For few Bisleri services we may also collect your profile picture. You may optionally provide us with this information through third-party sign-in services. In such cases, we fetch and store whatever information is made available to us by you through these sign-in services.
- Your Preferences: Your preferences and settings such as time zone and language. The search terms you have looked up and results you selected. How long you used our Services and which features you used, the ads you clicked on.
- Your content: Information you provide through our Services, including your ratings and/or reviews of our distributors/retailers and/or our products, current and prior order details and history, most ordered products, etc., and other information you provide to us.
- Your communications: Communications between you and other users, service providers, PDP, and Merchants through our Services; your participation in a survey, poll, campaign, contest or promotion scheme; your request for certain features (e.g., newsletters, updates or other products); and your communication with us about employment and/or occupational/professional opportunities.
- Your transactional Information: If you make purchases through our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, and billing information in a tokenized manner.
- Your Public posts: You may also provide information (such as ratings, reviews, comments, likes, etc.) to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on certain areas of our Services (collectively, “User Content”). Your User Content is posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of our Services with whom you may choose to share your User Content. We may display this information on the Services, share it with businesses, and further distribute it to a wider audience through third-party sites and services. You should be careful about revealing any sensitive details about yourself in such postings.
- Usage Information: Details of your use of our Services, including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data, and the resources that you access and use on or through our Services.
- Stored Information and Files: Our applications may also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device, with your consent.
- Location Information: Our applications collect real-time information about the location of your device, as permitted by you.
- Last URL Visited: The URL of the last web page you visited before visiting our websites.
- Applications: If you use the Bisleri Platform, we may collect information about the presence and/or absence and/or details pertaining to other applications on your mobile phone.
- Specifically from PDPs we collect: Photographs, phone number, name, PAN card, Aadhar/Voter ID, driving license, bank details, location (while logged in), gender, vehicle type, home address (for inventory delivery), blood group, nominee/spouse/emergency contact details for the purposes specified in this Policy.
We use the information you provide us to enhance the functionality and improve quality of our Services, and to personalize your experience while using our Services. We also use this information to display relevant advertising, provide support to you, communicate with you, and comply with our legal obligations.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT THROUGH AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION
TECHNOLOGIES
When you access or use the Bisleri Platform, including Bisleri website, Bisleri@Doorstep, Driver Applications, or related services, we automatically collect certain information through cookies, SDKs, APIs, pixels, log files, and similar technologies. This may include:
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP address, browser type, operating system, app version, and crash logs
- Usage data such as pages/screens viewed, features used, time spent, clicks, navigation paths, and interactions
- Location data (including real-time and approximate location), where enabled
- Transactional metadata such as order timestamps, delivery status, payment method (tokenized), and service interactions
This information is collected to ensure core service functionality, app stability, fraud prevention, performance monitoring, analytics, personalization, and security.
- Combining Information:
We may combine information collected directly from you, automatically through your use of the Bisleri Platform, from our service providers, and from third-party tools and platforms. This combined information is used to improve service delivery, enable deep linking, provide contextual and personalized experiences, perform analytics, support marketing attribution, and enhance platform efficiency across devices and services.
INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTIES
We may also obtain information about you from third-party sources, including:
- Third-Party Account Authentication:
If you choose to log in, link, or otherwise connect your account with a third-party service (such as Google, Facebook, or other platforms we may support), you authorize us to collect, store, and use information that you permit that third-party service to share with us through their application programming interface (API) and based on the permissions you grant during the authentication or connection process.
This information may include, without limitation, your third-party user ID, name, email address, profile picture, contacts or friend lists (subject to your permissions), publicly available information on your profile, and any other details made available via the third-party service's permission interface.
We recommend reviewing your third-party provider's privacy policy and your privacy settings on that platform to understand what information they share and how to manage it.
- Other Third Parties: We may also obtain information about you from other sources such as distributor/retailers, marketing and advertising partners, data enrichment services, data brokers, analytics providers, researchers, publicly available sources.
COOKIES
The Bisleri Platform and third parties with whom we partner may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, mobile device IDs, “flash cookies” (wherever applicable), and similar files or technologies to collect and store information with respect to your use of the Services and third-party websites.
Cookies are small files that are stored on your browser or device by websites, apps, online media, and advertisements. We use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as:
- Authenticating users;
- Remembering user preferences and settings;
- Determining the popularity of content;
- Delivering and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- Analysing site traffic and trends and generally understanding the online behaviours and interests of people who interact with our Services.
A pixel tag (also called a web beacon or clear GIF) is a tiny graphic with a unique identifier, embedded invisibly on a webpage (or an online ad or email), and is used to count or track things like activity on a webpage or ad impressions or clicks, as well as to access cookies stored on users’ computers. We use pixel tags to measure the popularity of our various pages, features, and Services. We may also include web beacons in e-mail messages or newsletters to determine whether the message has been opened and for other analytics purposes.

USES OF YOUR INFORMATION
We primarily collect your data to provide you the services that you opt for. Our Services are backed by a wide array of supporting services that directly or indirectly improve the Services offered to you. We use the information we collect from and about you for a variety of purposes, including:
- Core Service Delivery & Operations: Administer our Services by sharing information with relevant third parties (retailers and/or distributor) to provide, personalise, maintain and improve our products and services, such as to enable deliveries and other services such as process and respond to your queries and complaints, provide you with customer support, driver allocation, route optimization, order tracking and enable features to personalise your Bisleri account.
- Platform Maintenance, Security & Compliance:
Diagnose technical problems, platform issues, maintain stability and functionality, detect and prevent fraud, abuse of promotional activities, and violation of our terms of service, carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts (including billing and collection) and comply with legal requirements and obligations.
- Service Improvement, Personalization &
Research: Understand our users (behaviour, preferences, feature usage) to improve the content and features of our Service, personalize your experience by offering personalised recommendations, deals, and other services based on your preferences and interests, generate reports, conduct data analysis, and research user base and usage patterns, and optimize delivery efficiency and conduct employee training and quality assurance.
- Marketing, Advertising and Promotions: We send you communications (via email, SMS, phone, WhatsApp, etc.) that we determine may be of interest to you regarding our services or promotions, share your preferences or availed services (if applicable) for marketing/promotional activities, enable us to show you advertisements relevant to your likely interests and administer promotions, contests, and sweepstakes. We may also use your information to contact you about products and services that may be of interest to you.
- Analytics and Advertising: To help us better understand your use of the Services, we may use third-party web analytics on our Services, such as Google Analytics. These service providers use the sort of technology described in the "Automatically-Collected Information" section above. The information collected by this technology will be disclosed to or collected directly by these service providers, who use the information to evaluate our users' use of the Services. When accessing the Services from a mobile application you may also receive tailored in-application advertisements. We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to third party our advertisers'/service providers' target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.
- Advanced Processing: We may use advanced processing technologies which are inclusive of but not limited to enhanced personalization, predictive analytics, and automated engagement tools to improve and tailor our Services. Some of these capabilities are already in use, while others may be introduced over time as part of our product roadmap through 2026. Whenever we roll out new features that rely on personal information, we will do so in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. Further, we may anonymize and/or de-identify information collected from you through the Services or via other means, including via the use of third-party web analytic tools. As a result, our use and disclosure of aggregated and/or de-identified information is not restricted by this Policy, and it may be used and disclosed to others without limitation.
- If you are a distributor/retailer/delivery partner, to track the progress of delivery or status of the order placed by our customers.
- We analyse the log files of our Bisleri Platform that may contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring sites, app crashes, page viewed and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This helps us to administer the website, to learn about user behaviour on the site, to improve our product and services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
DISCLOSURE AND DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may share your information that we collect for following purposes:
- With Service Providers: We may share your information with our vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms, and other service providers or business partners, such as payment processing companies, for the purposes listed above. For example, your information may be shared with outside vendors to send you emails and messages or push notifications to your devices in relation to our Services, to help us analyze and improve the use of our Services, to process and collect payments. We also may use vendors for other projects, such as conducting surveys or organizing sweepstakes for us.
- With Connected Platforms/Apps: By providing your personal information, including addresses, phone numbers, ordering history, and other details during your ordering process, you acknowledge and agree that such data may be used to personalize your experience across our ecosystem of services. This may include sharing and utilizing your information seamlessly across any connected platforms or apps within the Bisleri ecosystem, the Group (defined below), or any other apps or platforms developed by Bisleri, enhancing functionality and providing consistent service when you access them using the same credentials.
- With Distributor/Retailer: While you place a request for your order through the Bisleri Platform, your information, including personal information is provided to us and to the distributors/retailers with whom you may choose to order. In order to facilitate your online water order processing, we provide your information to that distributor/retailer in a similar manner as if you had placed an order directly with the distributor/retailer. If you provide a mobile phone number, Bisleri may send you text messages regarding the order's delivery status. Any information shared with the distributors/retailers is subject to distributors/retailers own privacy policy and practices.

Please note that the distributors/retailers may use the same for their own purposes, including but not limited to, provision of their services, customer management, marketing etc. Any such use is subject to their own compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Bisleri disclaims any liability or responsibility with respect to how distributors/retailers share and/or use your information provided to them. We encourage you to review their privacy policy and other terms and conditions to understand their use of your information better.

With Academic Partners: We may share your information with our academic partners for the purpose of carrying out academic research in an anonymized and/or de-identified manner.

With Other Users: If you are a delivery partner, we may share your name, phone number, and/or profile picture (if applicable), tracking details with other users, Merchants, or other service providers to provide them the Services.
For Crime Prevention or Investigation: We may share this information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us, when we are:
- Obligated under the applicable laws or in good faith to respond to court orders and processes; or
- Detecting and preventing against actual or potential occurrence of identity theft, fraud, abuse of Services and other illegal acts;
- Responding to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the intellectual property rights of a third party;
- Under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements, policies or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others, or in the event of a claim or dispute relating to your use of our Services.
- This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud detection and credit risk reduction.
For Internal Use: We may share your information with any present or future member of our Group (as defined below) including our affiliates for our internal business purposes. The term “Group” means, with respect to any person, any entity that is controlled by such person, or any entity that controls such person, or any entity that is under common control with such person, whether directly or indirectly, or, in the case of a natural person, any Relative (as such term is defined in the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013 to the extent applicable) of such person.
With Advertisers and advertising networks: We may work with third parties such as network advertisers to serve advertisements on the Bisleri Platform and on third-party websites or other media (e.g., social networking platforms). These third parties may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you.
You cannot opt out of advertising on the Bisleri Platform, you may opt out of much interest-based advertising on third party sites and through third party ad networks (including DoubleClick Ad Exchange, Facebook Audience Network and Google AdSense). For more information, visit

Opting out means that you will no longer receive personalized ads by third parties ad networks from which you have opted out, which is based on your browsing information across multiple sites and online services. If you delete cookies or change devices, your opt out may no longer be effective.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES
We use third-party platforms and service providers to operate, support, and enhance the Bisleri Platform. These providers may process personal data on our behalf in accordance with contractual obligations and applicable laws.

We may add or replace service providers over time to support new features, improve services, or comply with legal and business requirements.
DATA SECURITY PRECAUTIONS
We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to secure the information collected by us.
We use vault and tokenization services from third party service providers to protect the sensitive personal information provided by you. The third-party service providers with respect to our vault and tokenization services and our payment gateway and payment processing are compliant with the payment card industry standard (generally referred to as PCI compliant service providers).
You are advised not to send your full credit/debit card details through unencrypted electronic platforms. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a username and password which enables you to access certain parts of the Bisleri Platform, you are responsible for keeping these details confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through the Bisleri Platform. Once we have received your information, we will use strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to try to prevent unauthorized access.
Information Shared with Payment Gateways
For processing payments, we integrate with third-party payment gateway providers including CCAvenue, BillDesk, Razorpay, and RazorpayX (currently in use or planned to be used by 2026).
Payment transactions are processed directly by these providers, and Bisleri does not store full card or banking details. The collection, use, and processing of your payment information is governed by the respective payment gateway’s privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before conducting transactions.
OPT-OUT / WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
When you sign up for an account, you are opting in to receive emails from Bisleri. You can log in to manage your email preferences, or you can follow the “unsubscribe” instructions in commercial email messages, but note that you cannot opt-out of receiving certain administrative notices, service notices or legal notices from Bisleri.
If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner provided in this Policy or you want your data be deleted, please write to us at wecare@bisleri.in. Please note that we may take time to process such requests, and your request takes effect no later than five (5) business days from the receipt of such request, after which we will not use your personal data for any processing unless required by us to comply with our legal obligations. We may not be able to offer you any or all Services upon such withdrawal of consent.
