1. HOW TO PLACE A NEW ORDER

  • Please visit website www.Bisleri.com or download the application (Bisleri@Doorstep) from the Play store/App store.
  • Create an account and share requested details.
  • Login to your account using registered mobile number and password.
  • Click on ‘Account settings’.
  • Click on ‘Manage addresses’, select ‘Add a new address’ to fill your address details and then click on ‘Save’.
  • To place order, click on ‘Shop Products’, select your city and click on ‘Go’.
  • Select the product you wish to order.
  • Click on ‘Add to cart’.
  • Click on cart icon and review the order with its pricing.
  • Click on ‘checkout’ to go to payment page.
  • Enter valid coupon code, if any, and click on ‘Pay Online’.
  • Make payment and get order confirmation.

2. HOW TO START A NEW SUBSCRIPTION

  • Login to your account on www.Bisleri.com or application (Bisleri@Doorstep).
  • Click on ‘Shop products’.
  • Select the product of your choice and click on ‘Add to cart’ (Kindly read delivery instructions before clicking on ‘Add to cart’).
  • To start with subscription, please click on the check box which reads ‘Subscribe & get additional 5 % Off on every order’ (Please read the free jar policy in case of 20l jar subscription).
  • Go to ‘Select the days of delivery & Payment frequency’ (subscription tenure) and choose as per your requirement.
  • For 20l jar subscription, if you already have empty jars, please mention corresponding number beside ‘Have empty Bisleri jars with cap? If yes, select the quantity below.’
  • Click on update.
  • Check the pricing details & split, then click on check out.
  • Please enter valid coupon code, if any, and click on ‘Pay online’.
  • Kindly make payment and get order confirmation.
  • Please note: Delivery will commence depending on recent selected day of delivery whilst placing subscription. Same day delivery will not be possible, hence for quicker delivery, please select the next working day.
  • It is suggested to analyse water consumption pattern and select the frequency accordingly for smooth subscription deliveries. You can also pause your subscription if you need to hold the delivery for a short time.

3. HOW TO PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

  • Login to your account on www.Bisleri.com or application (Bisleri@Doorstep).
  • Click on ‘Account Settings’.
  • Click on ‘My subscriptions’.
  • Under ‘Active subscription’, click on the link which reads ‘Pause now’.
  • Click on ‘Yes’ for pause confirmation.
  • Your subscription will be paused.
  • Kindly visit paused subscription (Tab beside Active subscription) to revive your subscription.

4. HOW TO REACTIVATE YOUR PAUSED SUBSCRIPTION

  • Login to your account on www.Bisleri.com or Bisleri@Doorstep application.
  • Click on ‘Account settings’.
  • Click on ‘My subscriptions’.
  • Under ‘Paused subscription’, click on the link which reads ‘Active now’.
  • Click on ‘Yes ‘and remove the pause.
  • Your subscription will be Active.
  • Please note: The subscription needs to be activated at least 24 hours prior scheduled day. Post activation, delivery will be done according to scheduled day and frequency.

5. HOW CAN I MODIFY OR RESCHEDULE MY SUBSCRIPTION AS NEEDED?

  • Log in to your account at www.Bisleri.com or open the Bisleri@doorstep app.
  • Click on "My Subscriptions."
  • Under the active subscription header, your subscription details will be visible, along with a link labelled "Modify subscription" at the bottom.
  • Upon clicking the mentioned link, you'll see the days of the week, allowing you to adjust the delivery day.
  • Ensure to unselect the previous day and select the new day of your choice. Only the chosen day/days should be highlighted.
  • Click on "Save changes" to apply the modifications to your entire subscription.
  • Note: Please remember to reschedule the order at least 1 day before your current delivery day and before 5 PM.

6. HOW TO RESET A PASSWORD

  • Please visit our website www.Bisleri.com or application (Bisleri@Doorstep).
  • Go to ‘Login’ option in Account.
  • Click on ‘Forgot password?’
  • Enter your email ID and click on ‘Get a link’.
  • A password reset link will be sent to you email ID.
  • Click on the link and reset the password.

7. HOW TO RAISE A REQUEST FOR EMPTY JAR PICK UP / RETURN

  • Login to your account on www.Bisleri.com or Bisleri@Doorstep application
  • Click on ‘Account settings’.
  • Click on ‘Empty jar return request’.
  • Please mention the no. of jars to be picked up.
  • Please mention current address along with landmark.
  • Click on ‘Submit’.
  • Please note: The empty jar pick-up service is available only for 20L jars purchased through Bisleri website or app by paying an online security deposit after July 2021. If you have purchased it from a store / retailer / DB, we request you to return the empty jars to the respective seller. On raising the request, the empty jar pick up will be done within 10 working days; the refund will be done at the time of jar pick up.
