RAJENDER KUMAR GARG

Mr Rajender Kumar Garg is Director- Sales, Technical and Quality at Bisleri International Pvt Ltd. He is a post graduate in Commerce and has a Bachelor’s degree in Law. He has a total work experience of 38 years, out of which he has been associated with the Parle group for over 30 years. At Bisleri, he has invested 18 valuable years learning and guiding us all. He is passionate about work and is a keen learner. He is a strong believer in systems, use of technology and updating it with the time.

He is ambitious, has a positive attitude, committed, self-motivated and a solution seeker. He introduced a transparent, vibrant and performance-driven culture at Bisleri.

Under his leadership, Bisleri attained highest market share in Delhi, U.P., Haryana and Punjab.

He is instrumental in minimizing input costs substantially and creating 26 new co-packers, 1st Kombi machine of 300 BPM in Sonipat, 5 new franchisees, and upgrading Bisleri plants at Mumbai, Delhi, Sahibabad, Rudrapur and Jaipur.
